we partnered with the founding team behind MIGGY's to help create and launch the brand and product. brand sprint, strategy sprint and growth partnership.

the project began with a brand sprint where we developed the foundational narrative, positioning, communication systems and visual direction for the company. from there, we expanded into strategy and operational planning to help structure the business for launch.

we built the operational systems behind financial planning, scalability modeling, market distribution strategy and launch coordination. we also developed the social media strategy and assets to support the brand’s entry into the market.

following launch, we continued supporting the company through a growth retainer model focused on customer acquisition, retention strategy, launch analysis and ongoing operational guidance.
